Return Policy

At FBB we strive to provide our customers with as many details as we can to ensure the best possible decision is made when purchasing from us. We understand that sometimes items just do not work out the way you had hoped. Understanding our Return Policy is greatly encouraged-feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase at sales@flirtybirdsboutique.com with "Return" in the subject line. 

For an item to be considered for exchange or return it must be unworn, unwashed, scent and smoke free with original tags and original packaging. 

Items eligible for return must be returned within 10 days of the in-store purchase date or within 10 days of the date delivered if shipped from FBB. 

Apparel and shoes purchased in-store at regular price may be exchanged for a different size or returned for store credit only. 

Online orders are not eligible for exchange. However you may repurchase the item in the correct size using your store credit. If you are concerned the item will not be available for purchase before receiving your store credit we will offer a refund if the same item was purchased before we processed your return.

Items such as but not limited to jewelry, gifts, accessories, personal health or decor may not be returned unless the item is determined by FBB to have had a manufacturing defect at time of purchase. 

Discounted, clearance, last one, Early Black Friday, Black Friday or Cyber Monday items are not eligible for return. 

There is not a restocking fee and our store credit never expires.

If an item is defective please email sales@flirtybirdsboutique.com within 24 hours of receiving the item and include "Defect" in the subject line. Also attach a required photo.  

Shipping or return shipping costs are not refunded.
